| 1⁄6 oz | Giffard Vanille de Madagascar |
| 1⁄6 oz | Strucchi Dry Vermouth chilled |
| 1⁄6 oz | Strucchi Bianco Vermouth chilled |
| 1⁄12 oz | Coconut liqueur (under 35% alc./vol.) |
| 1⁄6 oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
| 1⁄4 barspoon | Matcha powder (ceremonial or culinary grade) |
Recipe contains the following allergens:
Vodka-laced matcha and white chocolate with hints of vanilla and coconut, balanced and aromatised with vermouth. This recipe may look sweet, but with the right amount of matcha powder, it's balanced. (Use a chef's ¼ teaspoon/1.25ml measure to ensure the correct dose of matcha powder.)
Eight ingredients are perhaps a bit much! If you are after something simpler, my Matchatini is similar and has just five ingredients.
