Πώς φτιάχνεται:
Συνθλίψτε το σέλερι με ένα muddler στην βάση ενός shaker. Προσθέστε τα υπόλοιπα συστατικά και χτυπήστε με πάγο. Διπλοσουρώστε σε ποτήρι γεμισμένο με πάγο.

| 1 1/2 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 1/4 fl oz | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
