Ingredients:
1 1/2 fl oz Rutte Celery Dry Gin
1 fl oz Celery juice (freshly extracted)
1/4 fl oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
1/6 fl oz White wine vinegar (Chardonnay)
2 dash Fee Brothers Celery bitters

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of celery tip & leaf.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
