Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Rutte Celery Dry Gin
1 oz Celery juice (freshly extracted)
14 oz Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur)
13 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
16 oz White wine vinegar (Chardonnay)
2 dash Fee Brothers Celery bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of celery stalk (ideally with leaves).
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with celery stalk.

This cocktail is refreshingly vernal. I added crushed Tellicherry Peppercorns to my second one to great effect.
