¹⁄₂ fl oz	Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Kummel liqueur
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 ²⁄₃ fl oz	Dry cider

How to make

Glassware

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and apricot wedge or dried apricot half.

Method

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
TOP with cider and briefly stir.

Garnish

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
Garnish with apricot wedge or dried apricot half.
