SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Special ingredient #1: Homemade peppermint syrup (1 litre boiling water, 5 peppermint tea bags and 1kg caster sugar)
1 1/2 fl oz | Bacardi 4 year old gold rum |
5/12 fl oz | Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Χυμός λεμονιού |
