Between the Easy Street and the White Linen, I prefer the Easy Street, as it’s less Cucumber forward and the lemon juice works a little better with these ingredients, then the lime juice does in a White Linen, however if I was to make this drink again, I might ditch the simple syrup and add about 7.5ml or 1/4 fl oz elderflower liqueur and a few drops of saline solution to this drink, however overall both these drinks are pretty good and would definitely make them again

In my case, the cocktail was too watery, likely due to the excessive amount of cucumber juice 🥒
Nevertheless, it was a genuinely enjoyable and refreshing drink. 👍

This drink is very dangerous, it's almost like the blend cancel each other and it goes down like there no alcohol in it, smooth and refreshing, definitely a good drink for anyone that likes a cucumber forward drink.

Quite satisfying. Don't be afraid to overshoot the cucumber

I've found much conflicting evidence so I have credited both bartenders. I'll update as more info comes to light.

Very light and refreshing! Some mint added would be great!

I was looking for a drink that uses gin, cucumber and elderflower liqueur and came across this one. I used blue peaberry-infused gin, because it was for my wife, and she doesn't really like regular gin. The result was very enjoyable. I was trying to match elderflower liqueur with the blue peaberry-infused gin, because I've seen some stuff promoting elderflower tonic with blue gin. And we had a fresh cucumber. The Easy Street is a good way to use the blue gin. A salad in a glass.
