How to make:
Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker. Add other ingredients apart from soda, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda, lightly stir and serve with straws.

|2 fl oz||Rutte Dry Gin|
|1⁄4 fl oz||Giffard Menthe Pastille|
|1 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lime juice|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup|
|Top up with||Soda (club soda) or sparkling water|
Long, refreshing citrus and mint fizz.
