How to make:

|1/2 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix)|
|2 fl oz||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
Long, refreshing citrus and mint fizz.
- 1.3 standard drinks
- 12% alc./vol. (24° proof)
- 18.3 grams of pure alcohol
