How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Overproof pot still rum|
|3/4 fl oz||Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)|
|1/4 fl oz||Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Pineapple juice (fresh pressed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
Totally tropical with a sweet tangy edge.
