The recipe here is good. Lots of gin and apricot, with the orange smoothing out the edges a bit. Is the grenadine for color? Barely makes an impact on flavors. Another one I want to add a touch more sweetness too and top with prosecco. (18 Jan 2024, 7:45a)

Used aquafaba for this one. Barely any froth unfortunately. Was a decent drink though.

Weird, remade it with aquafaba again and the foam was dramatically improved, even sticking to the glass! So random! Really good drink with the foam.

It is nice and complex but very sweet for my taste.
I added 10ml of lemon juice to balance it out.

I'm sorry that my first comment is less than glowing; my wife and I have enjoyed so many delicious drinks from your 15th Edition and this website, I really should post some,of the wins too.

This drink, flavour-wise, comes out a little thin. I wonder if it would be worth exchanging 1/2 an ounce of the gin for an equal amount of apricot brandy, or perhaps a 1/2 an ounce of triple sec to boost the flavour profile a little bit.

Very pretty drink with potential!

Many thanks for your support and input on this cocktail. I agree, gin needed to be reduced and apricot brandy increased. I've amended the recipe accordingly.
