What a great cocktail. Was not quite sure of the ingredients, and concerned it may be sweet. It is very smooth and well balanced. A great cocktail for before dinner.

Dangerously beyond sippable - nice sweetness and aroma. I had to sub kirsch and used 1 oz. of orange blossom vodka and 1/4 oz. of Maraschino liqueur. Mine was much more rosy than the picture.

Very different. Definitely tasting the kirschwasser. Pairs nicely with the grenadine. Dried slightly and with a hint of salinity from using Noilly Prat.

No grenadine available, substituted cherry syrup from cocktail cherries.
