Garnish:
Slices of strawberry, orange and lemon with mint sprig bouquet
How to make:
STIR first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with a splash of soda.

1/2 fl oz | Orange Curaçao liqueur |
3 fl oz | Rioja (Crianza) red wine |
1 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1/12 fl oz | Cinnamon sugar syrup |
3/4 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

History:
This version of the Spanish Sangria was popular in 19th century America. The only real difference is that while a Sangria is usually made in batches, Sangaree are single serve.

- 20.3 grams of pure alcohol
