Slices of strawberry, orange and lemon with mint sprig bouquet
How to make:
STIR first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with a splash of soda.

|1/2 fl oz||Orange Curaçao liqueur|
|3 fl oz||Rioja Crianza red wine|
|1 fl oz||Orange juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/3 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/6 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix)|
|1/12 fl oz||Cinnamon sugar syrup|
|3/4 fl oz||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
Summer in a glass. Heavy wine tannins are sweetened, lightened and infused with fruit.
This version of the Spanish Sangria was popular in 19th century America. The only real difference is that while a Sangria is usually made in batches, Sangaree are single serve.
