How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Blood orange juice |
| 1/2 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) |

Fresh, clean and fruity with honeyed notes. Choose your honey wisely.
If using honey rather than honey syrup, stir 2 spoons of honey with the lemon juice in the base of the shaker to dissolve the honey. Then add the other 2 ingredients and shake.

A long lost relation of the Bee's Knees revived thanks to Ted Haigh's 2004 book Vintage Spirits & Forgotten Cocktails. Although not classically called for, this is best made with blood orange juice. I've also knocked back the lemon juice by 25% from the original recipe.
