1 oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal |
1⁄2 oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
1⁄2 oz | Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.) |
1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
3⁄4 oz | Pineapple juice |
1⁄6 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
0.04 oz | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
Garnish: Pineapple wedge on rim
SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. FLOAT aromatic bitters.
