Just as it says on the tin – a White Negroni crossed with a Piña Colada, but the delight of crossbreeding is a tasty mezcal-based mongrel of a cocktail.

I literally stumbled across your website and found this AMAZING cocktail! Today ( 19 June 25 ) I received a bottle of Suze and this gave me a GREAT excuse to open and try it. This is absolutely AMAZING! The tastes of Coconut, the Mezcal really POPS as well as enhancing the flavors of the pineapple juice.. WELL DONE FOR FINDING something this great!

Hi, can one replace the suze with yellow chartreuse?

depends on where you have your fiscal residence, many jurisdictions act differently in light of the factionalism that Yellow Chartreuse has always inspired. But jokes apart, they are very different flavors though I am sure that yellow chartreuse would be very fine with the ingredients above; if anything I'd drop the measure by a third (of the suze/yellow chartreuse) as YC is quite strong and overwhelming.
