2 fl oz Bacardi Carta Blanca light rum
1 fl oz Cold Lapsang Souchong tea

How to make:

STIR honey and marmalade with rum until dissolved. Add tea, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist

Comment:

Slightly smoky with incredible depth of flavour. A perfectly balanced delight.
