Garnish:

Fresh blackberry sat heroically atop crushed ice summit (it survived the muddler to reach its peak)

How to make:

MUDDLE blackberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into glass filled with crushed ice. Serve with a cut-down paper straw.

5/6 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2/3 fl oz Giffard Noir de Bourgogne Cassis
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup)
