Pineapple wedge & Luxardo Maraschino cherry
How to make:
MUDDLE pineapple in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
|1 ring||Pineapple (fresh)|
|2 fl oz||Patrón Reposado tequila|
|1⁄4 fl oz||Triple sec liqueur|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Giffard Abricot du Roussillon|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lime juice|
Pineapple, tequila, orange and apricot with a touch of sour lime all presented in a harmonious Tiki-style concoction.
