A walnut, apple wedge and chunk of blue cheese on the side

How to make:

MUDDLE celery in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

2 inch Freshly extracted celery juice
2 fl oz Bacardi 8 year old rum
12 fl oz Dutch White Crème de Cacao
14 fl oz Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup
12 fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
12 fl oz Pressed apple juice
