How to make:
SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Averna Amaro|
|3/4 fl oz||Ginger liqueur|
|1/2 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|Top up with||Thomas Henry Soda Water|
