How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
1 2/3 fl oz | Bán Poitín |
2/3 fl oz | Lillet Blanc (or other aromatized wine) |
1/3 fl oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
1/3 fl oz | Elderflower liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Rosemary sugar syrup (2:1) |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
Review:
Gentian, elderflower and rosemary combine harmoniously, over a Poitín base with aromatised wine.
