Ingredients:
1 12 fl oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
34 fl oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
14 fl oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 fl oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
14 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge .
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

I liked this but I omitted the sugar syrup since the lime cordial and the local orange juice added plenty of sweetness to the drink.
