Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
3 12 oz Coconut water chilled
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water optional
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

How to make:

  1. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  2. Briefly STIR.
  3. TOP with more ice.
  4. TOP with soda (optional).

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with lime wedge.

Sorry to be negative but the word is "lackluster". Maybe, minus the rum (or even with the rum if you like to get started early), it might be okay at breakfast alongside a sprightly Bircher Muesli.

The video adds sparkling water and no lime juice?

They do add lime in video, before sparkling water. However, they omitted to add caption. Cocktail looks much better with clear coconut water. I should perhaps rephotograph using this. Recipe and video come from this page: https://havana-club.com/en-gb/cocktail/saoco/
