How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 1/3 fl oz | Ketel One Vodka |
1/3 fl oz | Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie |
1/3 fl oz | Bepi Tosolini Grappa di Moscato |
1/4 fl oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Cherry blossom/sakura syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
Review:
Kirsh eau-de-vie and grappa give depth of flavour to vodka as a base in this cherry blossom and maraschino sour.

Created by yours truly as a refresh of an old recipe. The refresh became a remake.
