Serve in a Coupe glass
| 2 slice | Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice) |
| 3⁄4 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
| 3⁄4 oz | Green Chartreuse (or alternative herbal liqueur) |
| 3⁄4 oz | Luxardo Maraschino liqueur |
| 3⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
Garnish: Grapefruit zest twist (discarded)
How to make:
MUDDLE ginger with gin in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2016 by Riccardo Aletta (AKA 'Ricky D Wing') at Holy Birds, London, England. Ricky calls this drink a "Vegan Last Word," but we thought 'Ginger' better said what was in the tin.
