Simon could you add soda water to the ingredients list?

I really like the idea of this drink but it's slightly too Mezcal forward for me to really get in the mood of spring and garden parties. I think a 50/50 split of Mezcal and blanco Tequila could really let the rhubarb shine.

I tried it with 50/50 mezcal and tequila and the smokiness was just perfect. A great idea!

Thanks, Caspian. I've added previously missing soda and split the base between tequila and mezcal as I'm in full agreement with you.

Cheers to Spring! Nice and refreshing. The smokiness is growing on me, though tempted to up the rhubarbe liqueur and lemon juice a little next time … (unfortunately did not have rhubarb ribbon available)
