2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
½ fl oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry
¾ fl oz Canadian icewine
  • Display recipe in:

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Orange zest twist

Comment:

Icewine has fabulously rich concentrated flavours due to being made using grapes frozen on the vine in Canada’s harsh and early winters. Thanks to Icewine, despite the name, this Martini is slightly honeyed rather than being bone dry.
