Serve in a Toddy glass
| 3 barspoon | Honey |
| 1 oz | Navy rum (ideally 54.5% alc./vol.) |
| 1⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 1⁄2 oz | Boiling water |
Garnish: Lemon zest twist
How to make:
Place bar spoon loaded with honey in warmed glass. Add other ingredients and STIR until honey dissolves.
Review:
Warming, honeyed, pungent rum with a hint of lime.
Variant:
Black Stripe, with molasses replacing the honey.
