Serve in a Toddy glass

Ingredients:
3 barspoon Honey
1 oz Navy rum (ideally 54.5% alc./vol.)
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 12 oz Boiling water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

How to make:

Place bar spoon loaded with honey in warmed glass. Add other ingredients and STIR until honey dissolves.

Review:

Warming, honeyed, pungent rum with a hint of lime.

Great hot cocktail. Honey works perfectly with the Navy Rum. Rum does shine through the other ingredients. Wonderful on a cold, drizzly day.

Had this with Old Monk. Was quite good, with honey to the fore.
