A blend of grappa traditionally made using bain-marie stills from Friulian red grapes, then matured in French oak barrels in the Tosolini family's cellar. The barrels are smoked by burning oak flakes and Kentucky tobacco leaves.

Clear golden amber.
Subtle and complex rather than pungent. Cigar leaf, chicory smoke and butterscotch with faint linseed oil. More reminiscent of a whisk(e)y than a grappa.
The complex, almost meaty smokiness is well-integrated and well-balanced rather than overpowering and bitter. Indeed, this grappa is faintly sweet. Light cinnamon and black pepper spice.
Long lingering toasty oak and subtle smokiness and gentle spice.
With is subtle meaty smoky flavours, this elegant and complex grappa – with its flavours of cigar leaf, chicory smoke and butterscotch – is whisky-like.
