Perhaps more an Amaro Sour than it is a Negroni Sour but this a very tasty bittersweet aperitivo nonetheless.

A wonderfully delicious Sour. We go with Amaro Nardini as we think it complements the dryness of the gin and the red bitter much better than Montenegro.

略微有点酸了,多给7.5ml糖浆可能会更好

Additional note - I always use REVERSE shake works best for egg white meringue. SO tall and thick!

Perfect for the holidays! Right color, too lol. Not too sour, not too bitter. Used Conniption Navy gin - perfect - juniper forward works so well and doesn’t get overpowered by the Campari and Montenegro.

Perfect aperitif. Love the sour hints of this cocktail. Very flavourful with nice bitter undertone. Citrus juice helps to round out the ingredients.

I was hoping there was a sour version of this, and I wasn’t disappointed. The Negroni is my all time go to cocktail, and this is just as good.
