Not being a big fan of Sherry, but trusting Simon, we decided to try this as an aperitif. It was very, very good. Oddly the mixing of the various ingredients gave the cocktail a slight taste of licorice which is one of my favourites.
As with all the cocktail we have tried by Simon, the balance is perfect. This is not overly sweet.
