How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Flute glass

Prepare

Select a FLUTE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of heart-shaped strawberry slice and Love Heart sweet.

Method

POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
Briefly STIR.

Garnish

Garnish with strawberry slice on rim and peg Love Heart to rim.

Review

This lavender pink cocktail is everything you (or your partner) might want for a Valentine's tipple. It is the right colour, includes parfait amour liqueur (meaning perfect love) and the all-important fizz-charged sparkle. Good luck.

In case he/she asks, parfait amour is a lilac coloured curaçao (orange) liqueur flavoured with rose petals, vanilla pods and almonds.

Made again this time with the Fraise des and Bois and it was also wonderful. Would recommend either way.

Another great brunch cocktail. Did not have any Fraise des Bois, so I substituted Creme de Cassis. Very enjoyable.
