Comments & Discussion

Chamomile liqueur harmonises very well with whisky, particularly Scotch IMO. I wish there are more recipes available because it is an underrated ingredient and it deserves more attention in my opinion.

Would this do okay with using St Germaine as a substitute for the chamomile liqueur? Or would doing something like infusing chamomile tea into a cointreau or grand marnier bet a better substitute?

I've just tried with St-Germain and works well as a substitution, certainly preferable to infusion.
