Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
1 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
56 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime or apricot wedge on rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Very nice after dinner daiquiri. I used 20 ml of lime juice, it was perfect. Will make again.

Excellent as is but I decided a luxardo maraschino and a bit of the juice balances the tartness of the lime if like me you might have overdone it.
