1/2 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
1/2 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Ketel One Vodka |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Top up with | Brut champagne/sparkling wine |
Garnish:
Lemon slice & cherry on stick (sail)
How to make:
SHAKE first seven ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with champagne and gently stir.
