¹⁄₂ fl oz	Reposado tequila (100% agave)
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Hayman's London Dry Gin
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Ketel One Vodka
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
Top up with	Brut champagne/sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a Sling glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
Prepare garnish of skewered lemon slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail. (Skewer through either side of lemon with cherry skewered in the centre.)

Method

SHAKE first 7 ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir.

Various tastes are well balanced. Would consider it a lighter cocktail. Would be great with brunch, lunch, or on a hot day. Had mine with Fish Tacos and it went amazingly well.
