Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
34 oz Canadian icewine
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Icewine has fabulously rich concentrated flavours due to being made using grapes frozen on the vine in Canada's harsh and early winters. Thanks to icewine, despite the name, this Martini is slightly honeyed rather than being bone dry.
