Aromatic grappa notes shine in this fabulously floral, appropriately pale sky blue cocktail.
Adapted from a recipe created by Joerg Meyer for the Sap Bar in Paris, this cocktail takes its name from the first Italian woman to qualify for a pilot's license. The number of her license was 203.
