Ingredients:
56 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
56 oz Giffard Peppermint Pastille crème de menthe
56 oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
56 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprig studded lime wheel slice on rim.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Great digestif! While the peppermint hum was a bit much at times, it was quite balanced.

Good one, more balanced than expected but definitely on the sweet side. A must-try for any peppermint fan.

I tried this just now. Not bad , easy to drink, perhaps more gin will be better.
