Ingredients:
1 23 oz Savoia Americano Rosso
56 oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
3 oz Thomas Henry Bitter Lemon

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (expressed while making and discarded) and garnish with lemon wedge & aromatic herbs.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Briefly STIR.
