Method
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (expressed while making and discarded) and garnish with lemon wedge & aromatic herbs.
- POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- Briefly STIR.
