How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 1/2 fl oz | Gold rum (1-3 years old mellow light) |
1/2 fl oz | Orange Curaçao liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Pineapple juice (fresh pressed) |
1/2 fl oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |

Review:
Slightly sweet and very fruity with raspberry and pineapple to the fore. Made with freshly prepared homemade raspberry syrup (1½:1) this is particularly delicious.
