How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/2 fl oz||Bacardi Gold rum|
|1/2 fl oz||Orange Curaçao liqueur|
|1/2 fl oz||Raspberry (framboise) sugar syrup|
|1/2 fl oz||Pineapple juice (fresh pressed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Orange juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/4 fl oz||Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/4 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|

Slightly sweet and very fruity with raspberry and pineapple to the fore. Made with freshly prepared homemade raspberry syrup (1½:1) this is particularly delicious.
