1 Teaspoon Raspberry Syrup.
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice.
1 Teaspoon Orange Juice.
1 Chunk of Pineapple.
⅔ Rum.
2 Dashes of Curaçao.
Slightly sweet and very fruity with raspberry and pineapple to the fore. Made with freshly prepared homemade raspberry syrup (1½:1) this is particularly delicious.
Knickerbocker - rum based with raspberry syrup served over crushed ice.
Knickerbocker Martini - Harry Craddock's gin martini with sweet and dry vermouths.
