Review:

Rum funk and maraschino influences this Daiquiri's beat. Jason calls for this to be served straight-up in a coupe but I prefer with the dilution afforded by serving on-the-rock(s), perhaps in a drum-shaped old-fashioned glass.

Had with a beer batter tilapia tostada and it was perfect. This is a well balanced cocktail with just the right amount of punch and citrus.
