Glass:
Serve in a Coupe glass
| 7 fresh | Raspberries |
| 2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 1⁄2 oz | Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord) |
| 1⁄6 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Whipping cream |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare raspberries for garnish.
How to make:
- MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with raspberries.
