Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
34 oz Pineapple juice
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History:

This cocktail was created in 1997 by Wayne Collins at Navajo Joe, London, England. A riff on a classic Sex on the Beach, the name translates as Beach of the Sea.

Encore un très bon cocktail équilibré & rafraîchissant

Margarita in style, but the pineapple add a little more hint of tropical. As our pineapple is very sweet, did lessen the sugar syrup. Great for afternoon sipping.
