Ingredients:
1 13 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
12 oz Rhum Clément Créole Shrubb liqueur
23 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Créole shrubb replaces orange curaçao in this riff on the classic, equal parts, Olympic cocktail which was named after the RMS Olympic, an Olympic-class ocean liner and sister ship to the ill-fated Titanic and Britannic.

Perfect. Like drinking a less sweet version of Grand Marnier with the cognac and orange flavour. Really like using Creole Shrubb as it add a hint of the Caribbean and a touch of raw cocoa. Refreshing and easy to drink
