Overproof rum and cognac vie for attention in this riff on a classic Daiquiri
Adapted from a recipe created in late 2022 by Dor Ohana, a bar manager and bartender's school teacher in Tel Aviv, Israel. Dor's original recipe calls for a whopping 30ml (1oz) Overproof Jamaican rum and a "fat ½oz" sugar syrup.
