Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Absolut Raspberri Vodka
12 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
1 12 oz Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
12 oz Pineapple juice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare raspberries for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with raspberries.

My wife loved it! Made it in the blender with a little fresh pineapple and a couple of raspberries as I didn’t have the flavoured vodka. Then strained into glass. Excellent with plenty of raspberry flavour.
