Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist and skewered green olive.

Method

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and discard.
  2. Garnish with skewered green olive.

I used the last of my Monkey 47 for this, and added some olive bitters in lieu of the garnish. What a great dry martini

We love Italicus and sherry in our cocktails and so were sorely tempted to up the voices of both in this one. Thankfully we resisted the temptation...the measures, as specified, are perfect.
