Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
0.08 oz Italicus liqueur
0.08 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist (discarded) and skewered Fragata Green Olive.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2023 by Ago Perrone at The Connaught Bar in London, England and originally based on Fords Gin, hence the name.

We love Italicus and sherry in our cocktails and so were sorely tempted to up the voices of both in this one. Thankfully we resisted the temptation...the measures, as specified, are perfect.
