Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 12 oz Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
14 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of green apple peel.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

This is a surprisingly fine concoction of camaraderie... I used Cocchi Americano, Sobieski... Surprisingly refreshing and dynamic in all its parts... If I was in a drinking mood, this would be most welcome.

Using vodka instead of gin really lets the sake shine. Nice!
