Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 inch Cucumber (fresh)
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
1 12 oz Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of cucumber slices.
  3. MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients.
  5. SHAKE with ice.
  6. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:

Subtle and dry. Cucumber and sake are made for each other.
