Glass:
Serve in a Martini glass
| 1 1⁄2 inch | Cucumber (fresh) |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu sake |
| 1⁄4 oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of cucumber slices.
How to make:
- MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Review:
Subtle and dry. Cucumber and sake are made for each other.
