Ingredients:
1 13 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
12 oz Galliano Espresso
1 oz Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (US)
2 drop Difford's Saline Solution
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of float 3 coffee beans in centre of cocktail.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Pleasantly surprised by this drink. The aroma and taste reminiscent of some sort of apple chocolate dessert. Apple undertones pair very well with the coffee. Was a bit sweet for me but my friends liked it a lot

I always do Espresso Martini with Cognac. Calvados really shows a much more feminine expression of this drink. Love it!
