1 ¹⁄₃ fl oz	Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
1 fl oz	Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
2 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or pinch of salt

How to make

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of coffee beans.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated on surface.

Espresso drink in a nightcap category? I see someone's a nightowl

Pleasantly surprised by this drink. The aroma and taste reminiscent of some sort of apple chocolate dessert. Apple undertones pair very well with the coffee. Was a bit sweet for me but my friends liked it a lot

I always do Espresso Martini with Cognac. Calvados really shows a much more feminine expression of this drink. Love it!
