Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
14 oz Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne
1 12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

SUNSHINE COCKTAIL No. 2.
The Juice of ¼ Lemon.
2 Dashes Crème de Cassis.
½ French Vermouth.
½ Bacardi Rum.
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

It's uh, fine? It reminds me of a very inoffensive rose wine, and by inoffensive I mean it's cowering in the corner because someone made eye contact.

Also works very well Captain Morgan spiced Gold.. Having made both hard to say which to chose, my wife prefers it with Captain Morgan’s
