Review:

A vibrant menthol-like citrus freshness balances heavy, bittersweet herbal and rooty notes. The whopping slug of banana liqueur is surprisingly integrated and is what makes this aperitivo/digestivo special.

This is wonderful! Made with a homemade banana liqueur and think this will be the test drink for future batches. Banana and Fernet are a dream combo, fantastic drink.

I don't know if there's anything I'd change about this. The banana plays second fiddle to the Fernet, but the balance and blended harmony of all the ingredients is on point. Good job. (3 Jun 2024, 1:44p)
